Are you here for the first time and is the FasterEFT method new to you? Do you want to know what it’s really about? Does it really work? It does, and it works wonderfully. But maybe you wonder what’s behind it, why it works, and how it all makes sense. How is it possible that we have problems and that you’ve never managed to change them even though you’ve tried many things? Perhaps this short article series will help, where I’ll quickly talk about FasterEFT, what’s really behind it, and what it all runs on.
In this article we will look at:
- The basic belief system of FasterEFT
- Two models of the world (higher and lower)
- What beliefs are and why we believe what we do
- Who is really behind all the bad things from our past
- What is the golden key to free ourselves from the past
The Basic Belief System of FasterEFT
Let’s look at what’s true:
- You were born – you came into this world.
- You appeared in a certain environment – meaning your mother already had her own survival skills. She knew sadness, love, anger, hatred, grief, and many other emotions.
- Those who raised you already had their own problems and skills.
- You experienced events and gained experiences in this world.
- Based on your experiences, you began to create your own survival skills.
- And based on those skills, you also began to successfully create your own problems depending on how you perceive, see, and internally process events.
As people, we eventually begin to function according to one of the two models of the world:
Two Models of the World
The First (Lower) Model of the World
Instead of realizing that what we’ve experienced are our own experiences, we act as if others are doing it to us (our mother, father, siblings, teachers, acquaintances, ex-partners, politicians…).
There is nothing I can do about it.
I’ll just have to suffer through it.
This is the first worldview most people live in every day.
But there is another possible view – and it’s much more useful.
The Second (Higher) Model of the World
Yes, we experience problems and events with people around us. But inside we internally process these experiences. Inside we hold images, sounds, feelings, and our programs.
These are the abilities that allow us to create whatever we know how to create.
Why do we know how to create them?
Because we were born into an imperfect environment – our parents had their own problems. Some were financially stable, others struggled. Some were emotionally intelligent, others not. Some experienced rejection and emotional pain, others less so.
What you experienced, you had to cope with. Maybe you had a brother who wasn’t kind to you because your birth took away his privileged position in the family.
If you don’t yet live in the second model and realize that you take these things inside yourself, you keep assuming that the world is doing this to you.
Beliefs
Belief is something you feel strongly. It’s where there are strong emotions and also inner proof. Inside you have experiences, images, sounds, and based on these you create thoughts and beliefs about the world, your environment, and yourself.
Our experiences are really memories. Inside you carry memories of your parents, siblings, or anyone else, and you keep them as information.
What’s interesting is that if you recall being five years old and something your father did to you, you can still feel that memory physically and blame him – even if he’s been gone for years.
But as long as you hold this memory inside, no matter what happened, you must realize that it’s no longer him or them doing it to you. It’s now you doing it to yourself.
We Do It to Ourselves
You must now realize: you are the director of the memory movies inside you. And not only the director – you are also all the actors. You are the victim, but you are also the one who hurts yourself. And once you give power to such a memory, you become a slave to what’s inside you. And as long as you are a slave, you can’t change it – because you don’t yet know how.
The truth is: you must change the memories.
Changing Memories Is the Golden Key
Because inside your memories lies the way your mind creates what it creates.
